Directorate Update

Further to previous announcements on 9 April 2018 and 11 January 2018, the Company confirms:

(1) Appointment of Ms Nicky McCabe

Ms Nicky McCabe has been appointed an independent non executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). There are no disclosures required to be made for Ms McCabe in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

(2) Retirement of Mr Peter Arthur

Mr Arthur has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of today's AGM. The Board would like to reiterate its thanks to Peter for his significant contribution as Chairman of the Company since its launch in 2005.

The Company also confirms, all with immediate effect:

   --     Mr Charles Clarke has been appointed Chairman to succeed Mr Arthur; 
   --     Mr Mark Florance has been appointed Audit Committee Chairman; and 
   --     Ms Krystyna Nowak has been appointed Senior Independent Director.
