SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
Ablon Group Limited ("Ablon" or "the Company"), a leading real estate owner and
developer in Central and Eastern Europe, was informed by Stichting Pensioenfonds
ABP on August 8 that its total shareholding and voting interest in Ablon has
passed under the threshold of 3% and now amounts to a total holding of 3,200,296
shares, equaling 2.94% of the issued shares and votes in Ablon.
Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP does not have a parent company, a major shareholder
or an investment manager who controls its voting rights.

Founded in 1993 in Budapest (Hungary), Ablon Group has properties at 28
different locations split into 54 different projects or phases, of which there
are 13 completed projects and 16 development projects in Budapest, Prague,
