               Justin Lewis joins board of Abingdon Capital


Abingdon Capital plc (AIM: ANC) is pleased to announce that Justin Lewis is
joining the board as a Director with immediate effect. Justin Lewis, 30, is CEO
of Abingdon Capital's wholly-owned subsidiary Corporate Synergy, a stockbroker
specialising in growth companies.

Oliver Vaughan, Chairman of Abingdon Capital plc, said:
