Aberdeen Frontier Markets Investment Company Limited (the "Company") announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value as at the close of business on 21 April 2017 was USD 0.9035 per share (Sterling equivalent at that date GBP 0.7052 per share).

The above Net Asset Value is based on the net assets of the Company in the Continuing Pool divided by the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following completion of the recent tender offer.

In accordance with the Company's valuation policy, the Company's published NAV per share figures have always included and continue to include current financial year revenue items.

In addition, after providing for the interim distribution of 64p per validly tendered share announced on 12 April 2017, which has been paid to shareholders on 25 April 2017, the unaudited Net Asset Value of the remaining Tender Pool as at the close of business on 21 April 2017 divided by the number of shares validly tendered was USD 0.0939 per tendered share (Sterling equivalent at that date GBP 0.0733 per share of which approximately 4p per share is currently held in cash and cash equivalents).
