On 30 January 2023 Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc purchased in the market 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 90.1081 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

307,265,238 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

30,486,568 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

337,751,806 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
