Declaration of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared an increased fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 of 2.4p per Ordinary share of No Par Value (2018: 2.25p). This fourth interim dividend will be payable on 20 February 2019 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 18 January 2019, ex-dividend date 17 January 2019.

In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it is the Board's intention to declare three interim dividends of 2.25p per Ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 December 2019. A decision on the level of the fourth interim dividend will, as this year, be made post the period end, in January 2020.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 30 January 2019.
