03/3/2013 20:36 | That would appear to be the end of the need for a thread... 4 February 2013 Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") Final exercise of Subscription Shares Further to the notification on 1 February 2013 regarding the suspension of the Subscription Shares listing on the Official List, the Company has been informed by the trustee, appointed pursuant to paragraph 8(g) of Part 4 of the prospectus of the Company dated 3 November 2009 relating to the Subscription Shares ("the Trustee"), that it is exercising the 406,493 outstanding Subscription Shares on the same terms. Subscription Shareholders on whose behalf the Trustee has exercised rights and is selling the resulting Ordinary Shares will receive the net proceeds of such sale after deduction of the Subscription price of 200p together with all associated fees, costs and expenses expected to be approximately 1.2 pence per Subscription share plus brokerage commission.
