The 7th was known to be the day of cancellation. A company update would be expected but not mandatory.

Oh, and what's more I can tell you how the scam rolls next.
They DELIST but keep you simpletons hanging on by stating they are taking it unlisted but will carry on and try and get a deal blah blah blah and relist in 2098 blah blah.............thus keeping the bloodhounds off the trail.....they hope!!

This is the only rule that matters this was an AIM listed company.


Admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled six months from the date of suspension should the reason for the suspension not have been rectified pursuant to AIM Rule 41.

I have been in communication and will only reiterate what i have said last week - News can drop in any time ?
These things do take time and Stamford Capital has confirmed that trading of shares will resume in February.
We have already had the patience to wait for so long - fingers crossed we get a good deal

I'd say this was doomed following Angus Forrest leaving. The asset firesale said it all really. I sold a while before the suspension as I didn't think anything would come of it.

This will be listed on the Main market shortly.
Current holders will experience a consolidation on total shares held prior to suspension.
AIM rules no longer apply.
If The Avantgarde Group was valued over a year ago at 75 million Euros (and it has done very well since)
i would imagine that Supply@ME will be around the 35 - 50 mill Mcap ?

No EGM was required as the bigger shareholders were happy that the management had found a target that would add significant value here.
Let's see where we are before end of week.
