Supply@Me has been notified by Mr Dominic White, its Non-Executive Chairman, that IWEP Ltd, an entity controlled by him, has disposed of 4,200,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.48 pence per SYME share.

Following the transaction Mr White and IWEP Ltd will directly hold less than 3% of the ordinary shares of the Company's issued share capital .

Supply@Me has been notified by Mr Dominic White, its Non-Executive Chairman, that IWEP Ltd, an entity controlled by him, has transferred 970,723,449 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company directly to him at 0.48 pence per SYME share.
