13/4/2018 07:10 | A jolly good morning to all genuine LEGGIE's and a healthy and prosperous weekend. | ![]() professor pettigrew
12/4/2018 21:11 | someone is a bit thick "we also then have a holding in the companies invested in." erm, no. You have simply lent them some money indirectly, not obtained a holding. if they multiply by 1 or 10,000000 pct, your return will be exactly the same. if they fold, which is much more likely, you loose the lot. | ![]() zipster241
12/4/2018 20:36 | Just joining in David. | bionicdog
12/4/2018 16:56 | When are you leaving for LSE btw? If I'd given Zaf £251,100 of my money to invest , I think I'd like to meet him. But then I don't make it all up. | bionicdog
12/4/2018 15:55 | Note :-The official ICO period has ended on 31st March, 2018. The bond offering continues on the platform. Free tokens will continue to be given as rewards to investors under the same terms and conditions offered previously. Basically the above says "We didn't meet our minimum target as nobody was interested" Slow hand clap for top investment guru Zaf. As both IBS and CfA can't get anything off the ground. | soupdragon55
12/4/2018 15:39 | We'll get there in the end and win big-time Gotto. Then it's time to ram it down the throats of the scum that infest these boards. | ![]() professor pettigrew

12/4/2018 15:05 | Its rather convoluted but the news is that CfA haven't met their target with the bond raise so have extended it for a couple more months. The Angel token is being tested but there have been no transactions to date. "Crowd for Angels, a crowd funding platform established in 2014, is looking to raise up to £50mln through a bond issue.... The offer closes at the end of March." It originally closed in December but they extended it to March, now once again to May as clearly no-one is interested. | soupdragon55
12/4/2018 15:02 | Surprise ! Professor Surprise (LEG) 22 Mar 2018 - 12:24:31 If CfA raise less than £10million I would be surprised. | ![]() chinese investor
12/4/2018 14:28 | Err no. Professor Pettigrew 12 Apr '18 - 14:24 - 13285 of 13285 0 0 0 Just to clarify the above, as it's a bit convoluted, those who invest in the Bond now with a 4% yield will still receive tokens. It's only the first tranche that has closed, so will be interesting to eventually find out how much of the intended £4.25m has actually been raised. I might add he did say that they have already lined up some companies to invest in, so having done their due diligence already that indicates to me that at least the first tranche must have been reasonably successful. Don't forget with our holding in CfA we also then have a holding in the companies invested in. Exciting times lie ahead. | bionicdog

12/4/2018 14:21 | Just spoken with Andrew at CfA. He told me the ICO went "very well" (they aimed to raise £4.25m from the ICO the rest from the bond offering). The ICO closed on Mar 31, and the bond offering is still ongoing. He told me they are "ahead of schedule" and there is "lots of good news to be announced over the coming weeks". The Angel coin is being tested on an exchange and things are going well and investors are expected to receive their tokens by the "end of this week". Here is the link to the exchange that CfA's tokens will be traded on, along with a live demonstration. | ![]() professor pettigrew
12/4/2018 12:00 | I was having a "dinner party" last night with some CfA directors, all chums and ex paras, who told me they're going to give LEG some money from the proceeds of the ICO. Makes sense ! | ![]() chinese investor
12/4/2018 11:52 | It certainly gives Zaf plenty to say next week. Depending on the audience of course, it could well interest some very wealthy investors, and there could be some rather large LEG purchases next week. | ![]() professor pettigrew
12/4/2018 11:28 | Maybe Zak or Vox markets might pick up on this Gotto?? | ![]() kemorkid
