I agree there probably will be a placing. This is an investment company and his salary is taken out of it but lets be realistic, in the grander scheme of things all investments with a real value are at an early stage and the sum of the parts is way higher than the share price When VS floats, he will get a pay day as will all investors of Leg. The same can potentially be said for IBS, when licences and Business comes through etc....

thanks Sam, good find. This isn't a sign of someone hiding or a company struggling. The share price is so undervalued at the moment and it seems to me that he's trying to be as transparent as possible to fix that. You see trolls on pretty much every thread for AIM stocks but for some reason Leg have way way more. Still, time and patience should see this one through.
