Interesting post re the VS 7% line Sam, not sure what the significance would be though. Zaf doesn't sit on the board at VS but they may give preferential treatment as LEG was an early backer for them. Zaf show be able to support himself on his Amedeo directorship without taking from LEG, Tom Reiner seems to be happy enough with HfS.

Seeing as share price Angel aren't as crooked as Beauforts, their research will be better.

Obviously the 0.7p valuation was a load of crock (not not quite as completely idiotic as someone's 1p valuation).

As the house broker, they are bound to be bullish, and will likely concoct a piece of research with a more attainable, yet impossible to reach, valuation of about 0.2p imo.

PP This is a free tip from me and I'll expect a grown up answer. You often talk about certain valuations but could you please refer to "Occam's Razor"It is sometimes used in law but is often used as a simple answer . Markets often take into account good or bad news in advance.Just look up the theory and apply it to life...... it all kind of makes sense.

CEO has fooled all "investors" in LEG. IMO he is a fraud and should be locked up.

He has secured himself a slew of investments and a huge expense account at the cost of PI.

He has issued warrants to his friends to allow them to make quick profits, he has issued more warrants to ensure a repeat of that, if the share price rises again.

He spends 320k a year somehow. No value attached to that whatsoever.
In 15 years, not one single investment has ever been sold at a profit.

The manas deal is a fraud. (total 375k sent to manas with a dead investment in CTOL to show for it)
The IBS investment is also fraud. IMO

He has eroded any shareholder value with placings and increases in his own pay.

The whole firm is a shambles and has never provided a single penny of returns to any PI or shareholder unless you are a warrant holder and in the circle of Karim.

When Notion invested in VS last July LEG's holding dropped from 7% to 6.8%. Zaf then used £260,000 of LEG finances to top us back up to a 7.2% holding. The reason I mention this is I wonder if 7% is a significant figure/trigger-point and if so, your idea of LEG selling some VS shares to raise £500k would not be possible?

Maybe some of our more learned posters can shed some light on this.

A better idea would be to get Zaf to sell some of his own VS shares and use the proceeds to fund his lifestyle while we wait for LEG to take off?
