No, I read it somewhere. Will have a look later.

It seems Novum securities are pitching for a lot of the Beaufort dross that no one else wants. So I suspect they are strong favourites to be leg's next broker.

No placing can happen below the nominal value of the share, which in this case, I assume is 0.1p.

That being the case, if they find another broker, and they seem to be struggling with that, they will have to do a consolidation in tandem with a fund raise.

The only level that would work is 1p, as the penny share crowd dont really go for 10p shares as much, and they are the only likely buyers, given institutions have avoided this share for about 20 years.

So if they get a new broker in time, which most others have done, but not this lot, I foresee a 10 for 1 consolidation, and 50-100m new shares issued at 0.8p.

So in time, we might be able to watch it fall all the way from 1p to 0.1p again.

Nine whole days left for the CfA crypto bond fund raise.

I suspect they will surprise quiet markedly to the upside when they announce the amount raised in a fortnight or so.

Looks like CfA may be unloading a few, but in the big scheme of things, it's nothing compared to their holding.

Also noted that last 1m sale was at a slightly higher price than the previous 3.
