A bright and frosty good morning to all genuine LEG holders.

Keep a look out for Directors Talk in the coming days or weeks. Hopefully they will interview Zaf and give LEG some publicity.

Onwards and upwards.

A very pleasant 16c here today.

My neighbour, Sir Cliff Richard, lives in a very large villa with a vinyard wheereas I just live in a small villa without a vinyard.

My other neighbour, Luis Figo, doesn’t like figs. Me neither.

Just saying like.

Everybody here who believes in the story now unfolding before our very eyes (Thanks Mr Askey), should do all they can to promote VS and LEG in any way possible.

VS have an amazing product and are growing at a rapid pace. Mr Market and the wider investing public haven't a clue what's going on, but eventually the re-rate will happen in a big way.

What we all need to do is be fully loaded with stock before the squeeze begins.

Goodnight all.

There is an excellent and very interesting website entitled "Directors Talk".

www.directorstalk.com

They interview a different CEO each day Mon/Fri and if you subscribe to their site (free) they send you an e-mail with all the interview and details.

Earlier today, I e-mailed them the following:-

Dear Sir/Madam

Firstly, many thanks for an excellent site, giving first class and interesting information on a range of companies. As a shareholder in a company called Legendary Investments (LSE:LEG) could I suggest you interview our CEO, Mr Zaf Karim? Legendary hold a 7.2% stake in a private company entitled Virtualstock, which is growing exponentially and has large blue-chip retailers and the NHS amongst it's clients. Mr Karim usually does most interesting interviews and Virtualstock's plans for the future, including a possible IPO this year, would I feel be of interest to the wider investing public.

> Yours sincerely

Tonight, I received the following reply:-

Dear Sir,

You have piqued our interest in Legendary Investments. We shall take a look tomorrow.

Directors Talk

So, with a bit of luck we could get some good publicity for LEG and VS.

I urge everyone to subscribe to their site, and hopefully Zaf will espouse the achievements of VS and LEG if he is interviewed.

The NHS has overseen a litany of procurement strategies/technologies many of which proved ineffective because staff choose to ignore them.
Edge4Health neither supplants current technology nor is it guaranteed to remain indefinitely the NHS purchase-to-pay platform of choice.
imo.

Soup, I make no apologies for posting the page again.

It will tell you all you need to know. Lord Carter's recommendations to individual trusts that are negotiating for it.

In a nutshell, once this is up and running, its the start of exponential growth for Virtualstock, and by association, LEG.

By the way soup, I take it you are aware that Edge4Health, is also an "on the go" application?

It's going to take off in a big way with gp's as they take control of their own orders.

It's not just down to the number of trusts that are signed up initially, it's the number of people within the NHS that have permission to order and purchase medicines, and equipment.

It's a massive feather in the cap for Virtualstock. We all know how big the NHS is and for VS to be picked to power this application is huge news.

You may remember that some years back I posted that I worked briefly for the Kings Fund in the finance department. The spend on tablets and medicine alone there ran into millions of pounds per month.

I'm not au fait, nor is anyone else, with the royalty payments and how it's done, to VS, but if it's per "click" and it's literally say 10p per order it's going to be massively profitable for VS.

Very defensive soup!! genuine question. So it could be all of them? For vs to break their own rules and charge no retainer, it’s got to be quite a broad agreement. Maybe you could disprove my theory.

Soup - if you read the whole of the website, you'll see it alludes to recommendations made by Lord Carter, and their willingness to satisfy them.

You are correct in stating they haven't signed all of the trusts, we know that, but Edge4Health is actually available to anyone and everyone WITHIN the NHS. That would mean GP's upwards.

One of my friends has a son who qualified as a Doctor a while back, and is now to take GP training. This by the way is in Surrey.

He is already aware of Edge4Health, and says the ultimate destination of it is to vastly increase the amount of money going into patient care.

It follows like night follows day, that once the roll-out is announced and it's proven to be very efficient, that eventually all trusts will implement it.

Looking on the bright side will ensure that you stave off for as long as possible the services of the NHS!

"Soup, do you know how many trusts they have signed up?"Paul, ask the company or read the press releases, they'll tell you. Point out to me your evidence where they have signed up a "huge part of the NHS" as you state they have.

Precisely paul. That has been my point for a long time. We can glean quite a lot without an RNS.

They have been recruiting in the past 6 months and have increased their headcount in important areas.

The tie-up with Wincanton we first found via Twitter.

The SBS website will come in very handy over the coming weeks and months.

In my view, VS are already making serious profits, and if their timetable sticks, ie overseas expansion and an eventual IPO then the sky is the limit.

And STILL LEG are under a £4m mcap.

Quite unbelievable.

Agreed Prof, I’m off to tenerife for 11 nights next week - can’t wait. I like their approach to new business. It’s like having a distribution agreement on steroids. Sbs = nhs and Wincanton = retailers and online. Oh yeah and potentially IBM - it’s about time Leg shot up in price and 1p is very achievable. 2018 should be some year for VS, you don’t double your headcount without a pipeline.

You are correct there Soup, but that doesn't mean they won't eventually sign up the whole of the NHS.

It's a very exciting time for VS. Try and be a glass half-full chappie instead of a glass half-empty one.

Hi paul - thanks a lot. Would have liked a week there, but just a couple of days to visit an old friend. Jammy sod has lived there for 20 years, and counts Nadal as one of his neighbours, although Nadal's place is rather large, my mate lives in an apartment!

Yes, this deal has been on for some time now. There isn't a date yet for the roll-out, but we'll find out by either Twitter or looking into the website regularly I would imagine, before an RNS, on past form!

As I understand it, funding for the whole thing has come from central funds (ie the government), but it can be used by anyone and everyone in the NHS, from GP's to trusts. It's massive for VS as the whole thing is powered by them, and it will be very interesting to see the reaction here when it is officially RNS'd.

Along with further retail contracts it's almost the icing on the cake, and will then set them up for the initial sounding out for an IPO.

Its all going to happen this year. No wonder Zaf quickly put our stake back to 7.2% after the minor Notion dilution.

Shame we don't hold 25% - we really would be motoring.

And yes, LEG is VERY seriously undervalued. It's not just VS, but our other interesting holdings too.

I'm looking forward to the 1p party immensely.

Paul, simple answer is no SBS haven't signed up the whole NHS.

Welcome back prof, so let me get this right vs through sbs have probably signed up a huge part of the nhs if not all on a non-subscription agreement? They obviously needed to hire a lot of employees to be able to service this and due to this contract which I’m sure explains why 2017 was quiet needed funds to hire and expand as they were taking on initial costs. The logistics agreement is similar in its own way to sbs which if I’m not mistaken takes vs and by proxy leg into a new era. Vs then floats, you never know we may then get dividends. Either way, leg is seriously undervalued.
