I see my "DOG" share of the year, Foxtons, (FOXT) is nicely slipping down, now 68p.

I have it as a massive short down to my target price of 49p.

Only the brain-dead would invest in a London estate agent at this particular time.

its the no news effect, small holders selling for christmas shopping and mm's happy to stock up, we all know how quick they will move it up and fill there boots on good news/buying pressure

LEG is a serious bargain at these prices, I think some of the unrest is due to the vacuum surrounding the lack of visibility from Zaf. I hope the recent 14,000,000 and 7,000,000 investors who paid 0.148 are in for the long run?

Afternoon all, agree Prof, should be trading well above this level, my SAVP shares should be back trading later this month from suspension(RNS today), I've got 20k tied up there so not been very active in the markets, keeping my powder dry because also got £200 per penny spreadbet on them, subject to them relisting at a premium I will be piling a chunk into LEG, as much as I want us to hit the 1p sooner rather than later, quite happy to stay at this level for a few more weeks :-)
