Not half as silly as you when none of it comes to pass...

The timetable as I see it, is between now and this time next year, VS will secure many contracts, some from the UK retail sector, the NHS roll-out will be complete by the turn of this year, and they will also get business across the pond.

Then plans for the float will begin.

Given the propensity for the yanks to like things in large portions, I'd go for a float in the region of £300m or so.

Just imagine all that, and IBS securing lots of business as well.

Sub £4m will look rather silly within 12 months.

Daft sod. Thanks for the positive red tick dave.

7.2% Petti, don’t forget the 0.2%.

Just a £200m IPO would equate to over x3 the current LEG market cap. All other assets for free.

Unbelievable that the market has let me buy in sub £4m market cap, cheaper than Notion Capital paid in July.

Yup, a first-class company and we own 7% of it.

The market is nowhere near awake on just what a gold mine LEG will eventually turn out to be.

From the Amazon Growing Business Awards 2017 FWIW......

I like "exponential" and "exceptional"

Broadly agree with you there Mickluv1.

When the IBS deal was announced, Zaf seemed very upbeat on the fact that when they start to operate they would accrete value "quickly". It was also stated that this would allow funds for further investment and that there were good synergies between the way IBS and LEG would operate.

So let's say everything is okay cash wise for at least six months from here.

Zaf was expecting IBS to get the necessary permits and licences to operate pretty quickly, so we'll probably see an RNS to the effect they can start trading I would think within weeks. For all we know they may have clients already lined up, but I would think a worse case scenario would see funds flowing to LEG well before the end of Q1 next year.

A hell of a lot of news to come here over the coming months.

Thanks for the red tick david, as you say, red ticks are a positive sign, the more the better.

What is your view of the accounts?

I’d be interested to know what others make of the accounts?

Reading the accounts we are ok for cash until Q1 next year.Any placing would need the share price to be higher to avoid significant dilution! Well just have to wait and see, what with the £1,000,000 placing last year and the £250K+ of warrants one might think that perhaps we should have expected more than the additional VS investment? With the costs for 03/17 to 03/18 being estimated at £150,000 we should still have over a 1/4 million spare pending any further investments.I'd be interested to know what others make of the accounts?GLA

If VS pick up one award it will at least get them noticed by more in the investing community.

...but they aren't listed anywhere.

Just pointing that out like.
