"As at 1 September 2017, Legendary had £177,000 of cash and £59,000 of listed investments.

The listed investments may be realised for cash at short notice.

Together, this gave Legendary, liquid resources of £236,000.

In addition, Legendary has a facility with Alcazar of which $250,000 has been drawn down ($150,000 remaining).

The facility is repayable at the end of April 2018 in its entirety ($400,000 + 10% interest), and may be settled in Legendary shares, at Legendary's option."

The source is Bloomberg.

They are as accurate as you'll find, but they do assume honesty from major shareholders.

I'm still curious as the where you get your figures. Im not questioning their accuracy but why would they list the name of someone who only has 15 quids worth?

Your totals come to 2,994,140,550 on 26/9 but, according to my records, there were 3,044,636,893 in circulation on 3/8 leaving 50,000,000 unaccounted for. (I bet I know what you thought when you read that - but please leave him alone)

I also noticed EAITISHAM AHMED holds 225,000,000 and that raises 2 things for me.

Is he the same Eathasham AHMED that was a director of LEG?
And what happened to the shares held by Trustees in bankruptcy of Eatisham Ahmed?

I'd convinced myself that the 1m seller was the Trustees but obviously not.

All that being said Ive used your figs in a fairly comprehensive spreadsheet but Im reluctant to publish them until Im sure of the source.

The list above shows how the "exercised warrants" have been mopped up by PIs.
I still believe Beaufort have been holding the "exercised warrants" and if that is the case there's a few more to be exercised.

There is no evidence of stake building.

Well there aint much cash left in the bank.
A placing would be preferable to using the Alcazar facility IMO , unless they can avoid any further issue of warrants and more dilution.
