30/8/2017 07:35 | Good morning to all genuine humans. If you trust the management here, the share might be good value. If you dont, and think it maybe a vehicle for unusual fiscal activity, it probably isnt. | behindthescenes
30/8/2017 06:47 | Quotes from May 2017 ! "It is interesting to note that LEG purchased 192,307 AMED shares in 2013. On 28 April 2017, LEG notified the market that 32,272,727 warrants had been exercised by certain individuals, raising £32,727 for the company. What is interesting, is that on 10 May 2017, 119,693 AMED shares were bought at 26.5p each, for a total consideration of £31,718. This was circa a 15% premium to the then share price in AMED. Now Zafar Karim is the Executive Chairman of Legendary Investments and an Executive Director of Amedeo Resources. So are LEG stake building in AMED ahead of rig delivery news, or is this just a coincidence? If so, one would expect an RNS from LEG confirming the purchase of AMED shares shortly. However, as their interest would not be notifiable (ie greater than 3%), there is no need for a disclosure RNS. Either way, the premium purchase is a very clear indication of confidence in the future direction of Amedeo Resources. I have a considerable holding in AMED." | ![]() chinese investor

29/8/2017 14:52 | I'm happy to continue to accumulate Mickluv1. VS updates on the horizon in my view. I'm still very positive and excited by the prospects for IBS Corporation too. Expecting they will be granted licences and the necessary permissions by the end of September. | ![]() professor pettigrew
29/8/2017 14:26 | Not much action today so far, do we think the 1M seller has cleared his decks? I'm looking forward to more positive news on VS along with our other investments the later should be along in a few weeks time when the accounts hit! Lots of potential here IMHO, I'm happy to hold | ![]() mickluv1

29/8/2017 08:40 | Its also worth noting that Notion Capital had its Financial Conduct Authority license revoked in January after it failed to file a return. | soupdragon55
29/8/2017 08:12 | Big Yankee, the dilution was the result of warrants issued in 2010 when the share price was around 0.075p, so the level of dilution now is much less than it would have been back then. The share price has been weak due to persistent selling, nothing anyone other than the seller can do about that.Typically investment vehicles are valued at a discount to their NAV, hence I wouldn't expect LEG to be at 0.15 or higher unless a new valuation of Vs arrives. | soupdragon55
29/8/2017 08:03 | Some very good points being made! | ![]() chinese investor
29/8/2017 07:54 | The share price should be way above 0.15p bit we have suffered over 20% dilution for no reason ...in less than 2 years. Some say 0.15 is fair value. It should be at least 20% higher. People can see through the CEO, he got lucky with VS as it certainly wasn't Karims genius that secured investment there. He was busy concentrating on his energy investment expertise. See AMED and Bosques for reference to success in that sector. Somehow...after raising 1m from investors, we have dropped our expertise in IT and energy ..and we are now investing in financial startups in New Zealand. Excellent. We all have a lot to praise Karim for don't we. Why shouldn't we complain that he is taking the mickey with his pay cheques and expenses? After all there is no good news to discuss and we are all a lot lighter in pocket than we were. | ![]() big yankee dealer

29/8/2017 07:45 | Morning all, and best wishes to all genuine holders. anton85 - I think the timeframe for a float originally was "within 18 months". Then Notion Capital injected £4m for a stake, and to me the game changed. Notion's track record (a very successful one I may add) indicates that they like a very good return on their investment in a pretty short space of time. Obviously I wasn't privy to the negotiations, but I would think that VS have proven to Notion that US interests are proceeding at a decent pace. The other thing is I strongly believe Zaf wouldn't have increased our stake, albeit modestly, in VS if there weren't some interesting and positive news on the horizon. So, yes, I'm with you on that one. The next RNS will be something very positive regarding VS (unless it's LEG results which are announced first). I'm also expecting to hear by the end of September that IBS have been granted the necessary licenses and permission from the New Zealand authorities to commence trading. All in all the last quarter of the year here should be very interesting and very profitable for all concerned. | ![]() professor pettigrew |
