21/6/2017 09:11 | Cheers for that sam. Looks as though sid is going to wait, but as we know news can come when least expected, and if as bullish as we expect, then the share price will start a solid rise. | ![]() professor pettigrew
21/6/2017 09:00 | Morning all Here is the link to Jenkin's involvement Soup's (therefore PP's) figures are correct and we need the value of VS to be £423m to wear our 1p party hats. Good luck Sid in whatever you do. 🍉 | sam the man1
21/6/2017 08:28 | Thanks Prof. I looked into it last night, and am going to wait. Everything has a price, but for me, as the attraction here is mainly their holding in a private company about which not enough is known, the value is not compelling enough for me just yet. VS could be worth $1bln soon, and it could also be worth a small fraction of that. I will buy, at my target. Thanks and good luck. | carefreesid
21/6/2017 08:13 | carefreesid - to just give you a brief overview of LEG to help you decide whether to invest. As I said yesterday, our jewel in the crown is Virtualstock (VS). We own 7% currently. Nick Jenkins, founder of Moonpig purchased a stake in VS last year at a VS valuation of £58m. We are still awaiting an updated valuation for VS, as since then they have signed quite a few contracts and we know there are many more to come, especially within the NHS. At a valuation of £100m, LEG's stake would equate to an share price (given our other holdings) of 0.236p. At a valuation of £125m, LEG's stake would equate to an share price of 0.294p. and at a valuation of £150m LEG's stake would equate to an share price of 0.352p. Zaf has stated that in his opinion VS will eventually become a unicorn company with a valuation of £1bn. He also personally owns over 166,000 shares in VS. So you can see from that, that LEG is vastly undervalued if VS have maintained progress and continue to secure contracts. (Above figures supplied by soupdragon78 on the LSE thread). 21/6/2017 07:16 | Morning all. Enjoy the heat while it lasts. GL to all genuine holders. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 16:01 | Sorry my earlier post should have said Zaf, I was thinking of his good friend Zak Mir. Wonder if anyone can throw any light on the £1m raised over a year ago, does anyone know where it's gone or what it's invested in?? | ![]() gbenson1
20/6/2017 16:01 | Come on Prof, I know it ain't half hot at the moment but can't you buy the odd 500k to kick start a buying frenzy here? Zero trades for 48 hours is a bit pathetic. I see WNTS have dropped their prices this afternoon - ? a sell to be reported later. | philmiboots
20/6/2017 15:45 | It was yes, but the amount of shares that have been issued due to the exercise of warrants is hardly massive. There will probably be one more occasion of warrant exercising then that's it. This is being held back because of (a) some investors impatience, (b) lack of news, and (c) some warrant holders selling the new shares. Hardly a disaster in the big scheme of things. On the plus side there is (a) news to come from VS regarding NHS contracts, (b) news to come from VS regarding possible retail contracts, (c) news to come from our other holdings, especially the gold ones. On the balance of probabilities, you could say these are around 70/30 weighted to start moving higher when the impatient have finished. Positive news, especially from VS will catch a lot of people, especially the MM's out in a big way. Virtualstock is our jewel in the crown, so I suggest you also do some research on them and see the potential going forward. We own 7% currently. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 15:45 | Yes the dillution from the warrants is holding the share price back, whoever agreed to them either Zak or Thomas wants shooting. Be interesting to find out who the warrant holders are, that would surprise a few!! | ![]() gbenson1
20/6/2017 15:20 | That beaufort report was written before all these shares were issued, wasnt it/? | carefreesid
20/6/2017 13:52 | Thanks, I'll take a look. | carefreesid
20/6/2017 11:39 | We think it is "absurdly undervalued", but that's an abjective and personal choice. If you agree then by all means buy a few million. If you want to do some research then start with Beaufort Securities who place a price of 0.7p on LEG, and that's BEFORE any further contract wins by VS. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 11:36 | Is it me, or is this absurdly undervalued? | carefreesid
20/6/2017 11:32 | Thanks for your input lovaine - but you are not welcome here. So, in the bin with you. Have a nice time with your troll friends. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 09:43 | Possibly Alchemy, and a good point, but I would imagine the two systems are vastly different. It was just a thought and all adds to the mix. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 08:48 | Or Amazon use their system which can't be too "shoddy". .? | ![]() alchemy
20/6/2017 07:28 | Morning all. Another hot one coming. Let's hope the SE and ADVFN get their act together so we can actually see the trades as they go through. Just a thought, it probably won't come to anything, but an item on CNBC this morning set me thinking. Amazon have just bid for Whole Foods, and have stated this morning their intention to expand their food business. There was mild speculation that one or more of the UK supermarkets could be in the firing line. Now VS has a contract with Sainsbury's/Argos and are still in talks with others as far as we know. Question is, if Amazon sniff around say Sainsbury's will VS "The Edge" then become the norm for them too? Amazon could be building quite an empire in retail and if the edge is already being utilised in parts of it could be a blockbuster contract for VS. All my speculation of course, but an interesting thought the way some things are beginning to pan out. GL to all genuine holders. | ![]() professor pettigrew
20/6/2017 07:14 | Met a bloke in a pub last night. He said this share had cost him his arm and his leg. | oohaahmyleghurts
19/6/2017 09:12 | Morning Brian - long time no see! Apparently there are 75m left, so actually nothing in the big scheme of things. I presume the last tranche will be exercised, but it really shouldn't make a great deal of difference to things. More importantly pet lover's excellent posts are keeping us abreast of developments. A lot going on behind the scenes, I'm expecting very positive news soon. GL. | ![]() professor pettigrew
19/6/2017 08:45 | Morning all, disappointed to see the volume of options being issued recently. They have undoubtedly exacerbated the steady fall in share price over the past couple of months. I'm sure that after a few weeks without any further options we would tick up, but I'll hold off from making any further buys until I'm sure that the source of these options has dried up. GLA | ![]() brian boru
19/6/2017 08:13 | Assume they'll be issuing options this week! Can't blame them really..... | ![]() targatarga |
