Hi guys, not been posting in ages. Waiting for something to happen I guess....How much cash do you think LEG has left? Bit worried they might have to do a placing at these levels?Would like to top up again but in the back of my mind I feel the company is going to need money soon as they are making any physical returns from there investments yet Any views

I have learned that you have to be very patient in this game. Many of us have sold shares in the past out of boredom or thinking we can do better elsewhere and many is the time I have checked back to only find that the share I had sold so many months or even years ago has been doing really well. Usually, although obviously not always, it is best to sit tight and wait out the boring parts. Sooner or later some news appears and you are on an upward trajectory before you know it.

The issue of new shares increased the value....did leg take up any rights? Otherwise the leg holding was diluted.

Presumably the NHS contract revenue will be in the figures for FY17, not 16.

Err LEG have just a 7% stake in VS, no?

So LEG's 7% "share" of VS assets is just £105k.

Not that book assets will have anything much to do with VS's value.

MONY's market cap is 864 x its TNAV for example. The highest I can find.

I don't see anything about a VS listing this year.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

What I do see, is that VS have net assets of over £1.5m which is excellent. The whole of LEG is valued under £6m so if just ONE of our investments, albeit the biggest have assets of over 25% of our total value, that makes LEG very very undervalued.

And, I ask. If this set of accounts was filed yesterday, why wasn't there an RNS yesterday or at the latest this morning to highlight it?

I dont see much value in these. No cash held and the increase in assets is because of the issue of 400,000 more shares. The subsid companies will hold cash and so on....but nothing here to suggest a company doing really well. They might be...but these accounts show little

Small company again? That's any 2 of: a turnover of £6.5 million or less; £3.26 million or less on its balance sheet; 50 employees or less.

So 7% of that is worth?
