Another disappointing result from 88e been stung by these a few times now , you can almost guarantee another placing , and at these lows ... they would have to do the worlds greatest drill for most to break even or make a profit , anyone looking to make money now , have a look at BLOE , only 725m shares in issue , currently at 1.1p , they have a farm out on project 3 with a third party confirmation gas find of £1.67bn and a carbon capture project worth £9bn.... Yet their market cap is still only £9m ..... once the p3 JV (or possible full buy out happens , this share should 20 bag minimum (they only just covers their expenses for p3..... it's a no brainer and might help some of you guys get your money back. DYOR obv, read through the lse boards. GLA

one has to wonder WHY (IF results were so great) they didn't keep it flowing for a few more hours or until most if not all of the frac carrying fluid was recovered ?


did they run out of N2 for continuing with the 'ARTIFICIAL' lifting or did they just run out of oil

Total fluid flow rates (inclusive of recovery of frac fluid) averaged ~445 bbl/d over the duration of the flow back. Oil cut following establishment of production ranged from 1% to 10%. The well produced at an average oil cut of 4% following initial oil to surface, with instantaneous rates observed during the 16 hour period varying as the well continued to clean up at managed fluid flow rate of ~170 bbls/d with a calculated total volume during the flow back period following establishment of oil cut of ~4 stk bbls. No measurable gas or NGL's were recovered from the SMD-B test."


4 barrels of oil after an 84 hour flow test !!

Unfortunately market will react upon the conflict but you are absolutely right. The conflict in middle east will restrict oil deliveries but in same time will provide an opportunity to other places in the world and if news arrive with good flow rates from Alaska region who know how it plays out for future oil supply.

I'm interested in the type and quantity of the oil. Run of the mill crude is good.. high grade sweet would be more interesting.
