Arden commentary released today

Recent 7DIG share price weakness: Since the company’s interims on 30 Sept, the price has halved. The market has clearly been disappointed by the ‘right shifting’ of revenue expectations and a possible impact on liquidity. In our view, this RNS should greatly reassure investors on liquidity, revenue phasing and shareholders commitment.

Revised forecasts: In light of the above, we have reworked our 7DIG forecasts. In short, we assume the company is loss making this year, and turns an EBITDA profit in FY22. In context, H1 revenue, £3.3m/EBITDA, -£1.0m. No change to our valuation of 3p per share.

Picked a few up, cleared funding up for a while and they should be announcing new deals soon.

Parsons - not sure if Investec lended the money against the assets of the Company or against the assets of the majority shareholders but the interest rate shows that Investec are happy with their security. The fact they were happy to take warrants shows an important vote of confidence in 7digitals future. The current share price (IMO) doesnt factor in the various material contracts they have repeatedly mentioned, so for me, I think we have clear upside for little short term risk now.

A good RNS, they have secured finance needed, at a cost of a 3% arrangement fee. Banks are thieving b......s. You have to believe that the big deals will happen as there is hardly any competition for the 7DIG package. The bank will also have a charge over the assets as well as the guarantees. Jury is still out but I am happier this morning !!

Very true Charlie, Syme is much much better prospects then this firm who many say is a fraud. There is a guy called Nobby, he was shouting about this company being a fraud
