Genuine question as I don't know how these things work but if the directors have inside knowledge about the financial performance of the company and use that information to buy shares before any news is made public, is that classed as insider dealing?

benny, Because they are being generous and letting the shareholders buy the precious few shares that are out there. If they wade in the liquidity will disappear.

My ghast will be flabbered if they are profitable at the net level by Q4 let alone Q2.

I agree the interest rate is crazy but they still say they will be profitable by the end of quarter 2, buying the shares today is betting they don't go bust.

Interest rates are as low as they've been for many, many years so how can they possibly justify taking out a loan at 18% interest? I have a mortgage at 1.5% per annum. How can I get a far better rate then 7Digital?

Presumably their net margins are above 19.56% to enable the servicing of the debt? Who knew?
