Only 20% of shares in free float. Market will wake up now bad management and structure has been thrown out. Bargain, considering they already generate revenue.

Fact. The company already generates revenue, but was shockingly badly managed and structured.Fact. New investor Tamir Koch, founder of eMusic.com is now pulling the strings. Between him and a financial backer have rescued the company and injected cash which = current market cap.See link: hTTps://www.musicweek.com/digital/read/7-digital-appoints-emusic-president-tamir-koch-as-chair/076807Fact. Streamlined company, new direction on tech businesses (see eMusic) combined with Blockchain - existing high profile contracts such as Fender, Tik Tok and Universal.. news catalysts could ignite this from these levels. There may be a global boom in streaming, but the mood music wasn’t great at AIM-listed 7digital earlier this year. The music tech firm helps big brands, including retailers and banks, launch streaming services and handle licensing, with a catalogue of 80 million songs in 80 countries. The logic is 7digital has the tracks and expertise to create a streaming platform that brands would take years to pay for and build.

But rising costs and a rudderless strategy led to the departure of former boss Simon Cole as well as its finance chief and chairman. Staring down the barrel of insolvency, the company snared investment from industry veteran Tamir Koch and entrepreneur David Lazarus, raising £5 million in three months.

New boss Paul Langworthy, the former chief operating officer, is keen to stress the London firm’s position as a tech company. A merger with programme maker UBC in 2014 had left 7digital with two divisions: one working on tech, the other making music-related shows for the likes of the BBC and Audible. The company insists the latter is not for sale, but the tech business is the focus.

The division counts global big-hitters like Universal Music Group and social media firm Tik Tok as clients and believes telecoms giants trying to bundle streaming services into their packages will play into its hands. There’s also a gap opening in the market for cheaper streaming services, targeting busy mums rather than music geeks.

A recent deal with guitar specialist Fender also shows the breadth of this business: 7digital has provided the songs on an app for fans learning the instrument.

I've been making money for 20 years+ on shares I do not need to follow anybody on twitter nor do you need to do the same with me.

I do ok but shake my head at how pump and dump today's players are, twitter is completely ruined now, it had good intentions at first.

Saying that so did the forums like advfn and lse but they are ruined too.

I was unaware of the Miton situation here but having checked they have a relatively small amount which most could get cleared today.

Probably a easy 20-30% on the table when they are out depending on your timescale.

I'm in at 71p today. I think when Miton are out I'll get 90-100p no trouble
