It is bizarre no one at the company will ever mention the share price even though they say they are committed to creating shareholder value. Look at that graph......

No rns on holding reduction yet. Willing to lower position at any price down from just under 7 to 5.5. Why?

275k at 5.5p is the reason for drop, most of that has already been sold so it should recover soon to levels

Been lower but not for long price has always bounced strongly from these levels.
More buys than sales but can buy at 5.68p maybe a delayed sale to show later but seems great value this level

Edison predicting 1.7m EBITDA loss for 2017 and factoring a 80% increase in cost base for H2 2017but also mentioned many positives but the share price is not budging and the investor rounds led to no jumps. Same old....

March 2016 'as of the year end, discussions were underway with over 60 new prospects across a range of services and geographies.' How many have been signed?

Couple of comments on the 1st half 2017 results:

Revenues were down from £6.65m 2nd half 2016 to £5.9m (£5.4m if we ignore MMS revenue). These were largely accounted for by exchange rate revenue (difference of £750K) and drop in set up fees (£300K). I think it is very clear from these results that the business would not have been profitable in 2017 if the MMS acquisition had not occurred (in spite of CEO's comments!). The revised results for this year was for £1.5m loss. That looks possible if they can keep costs under control.

New contracts worth 4m in 1st half is encouraging, but I was surprised by the comment that £7.5m (>65%) out of £11.3m revenue is already contracted/committed. I would have assumed that >90% would have been contracted at this stage in the year. We know that £4.5m of that is attributed to MMS so ignoring MMS we have £3m booked, but £3.8 remaining to surpass last years 2nd half revenue. I had assumed that the majority of their income was from recurring revenues, but it would appear that the business gets a significant amount of customer churn. This is consistent with their statements regarding focus on customers with more robust balance sheets!

Comments welcome.

7digital Group: H2 step increase in revenues underpinned

H1 results reflect the progress 7digital Group has made over the last year and the initial impact of the transformative 24-7 acquisition, with exit monthly recurring revenues (MRR) up 113%. The step change in revenues forecast in H2 looks underpinned and the integration of 24-7 has started, key to moving to positive cash flow in H218 – a target reiterated by management. We expect this to trigger a re-rating of the shares, which trade on 4.1x FY18e EBITDA, a fraction of its B2B video streaming peers.
