Does this mean that that Tim Miller, previous owner of recently purchased Control Micro Systems Inc, will be taking charge of the combined US laser business ?
Under David Grimes's leadership the Tykma/Electrox laser business produced consistently good results.
With the acquisition of CMS, the laser business must now be more important to SIXH than machine tools.

Looks like David Grimes has been selling the remainder of his holding ahead of retirement.

MRF

All gurjit was doing was asking you to omit the vulgarity while making your points.

A reasonable request, and one I'm sure most posters support.

Neither obvious, nor common sense.

If you are able to foresee the future from a line on a page that is a very very rare gift, which I, for one, don't have.

Therefore in my ignorance, it would be useful to know how long it'll take to get to 25p, according to the chart.

For example, if it's two years to get to 25p, then I can get better returns elsewhere with less risk.

If it's two weeks, however, it would be worth buying more.

Just an obvious continuation of 3 year trend. Then add in a bit of common sense. The last time it hit 20p it was obvously toppy but now its 20p again it is not toppy as it actually has the fundamentals to back it up.No wonder its making higher highs now.

The loan note expiry date (and period for converting warrants) has already been extended to 2022.

I'd have preferred to see them refinance with cheaper debt.

Either they are keen on the idea of all those warrants converting and transforming the debt situation, so wanted to keep that a possibllity, or they couldn't obtain cheaper debt. (See my previous remarks about overall debt levels.)

I’m still contemplating the 43.95m warrants exercisable at 20p ...expiring on Valentine’s Day next year ..£11.9m falls due anyone aware of the company plan here...not sure of the value of the Colchester site but that mortgage is nearly repaid
