(the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") hereby gives notice that the Arranger of the Issuer's exchange traded securities programme, Leverage Shares Management Company Limited, has advised the Issuer that with effect from 30 March 2022, it will waive it's Arranger Fee with respect to the Relevant Series for at least 6 months. The Issuer will notify the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series when the Arranger advises that the Arranger Fee has been reinstated.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Issuer's Base Prospectus dated 7 December 2021.
