To be fair to MW, I don`t think he put anybody into anything, with the exception of himself. The only people who can do that are Fund Managers, Overtakers and Undertakers.

(I aim to keep out of reach of the last one for as long as possible)

was probably his champagne moment !!! I'm afraid the dear old boy really has lost it. To think of those years when he wrote a respected newspaper column advocating nothing so much as a ruthless trailing stop loss system. Would have got him out of this - as it did me - at 1.40 minimum, probably higher !!!

We got to 3DM too early. Go back to the days when the share price was being hyped by the pump and dump merchants and think of the possibilities which came to mind.

What a load of rubbish. I don't know most of the people you mention. But I DO know Adie2001, and what you say of him is complete tripe and totally untrue. Particularly the last paragraph.

There's a coincidence. I used to watch it with the picture turned off. Maybe that's why I always used to think it was so over rated.

Dougal looked a little puzzled.

"This cheap ticket business..." he asked, not knowing whether he really should. After all, talking to a tomato on a spring was a little disconcerting at the best of times, and this wasn`t one of them.

"What about it?" replied Zebedee, wondering what was coming next (a situation all his fair paying passengers had long become used to).

"It seems a bit...er...cheap. Will I actually get anywhere?"

"That depends", said Zebedee. "It`s a Magic Roundabout. All those who buy a ride will keep turning the same corner to end up in the same place - until something extraordinary happens".

"I see", replied Dougal, "in that case I won`t bother...until something extraordinary happens", and he ambled off to see what else he could find.
