Posted at 16/3/2013 23:49 by maysun I am seeking some information, advice appreciated.Am I correct to say that when 3DD became 3DR, 3DD share holders at that time would have received equal number of shares in the newly formed company "Cariescan", in addition to the 3DR shares? Anyone can help? |

Posted at 18/12/2012 20:48 by acta_topup Agree with both of you, the bitter vitriol of the former rampers is sad but not surprising. IMO 3DR has plenty further to go, the shareprice rise has legs and there is much more fueling it than a few rampy comments on the SOLO and LGO boards. We have seen very significant volume today - a large number of shares were bought at a price of 0.4p and above. Indeed as high as 0.55p. Nice 3.25 million buy at 0.42p just before close - bodes very well for tomorrow. It reminds me of the LDP rise. Once the herd arrives this will really move and I think today was definitely the start of that |

D lenigas on board with a 100 mill?Thinking out loud...here goes: LGO looking to get rid of Spanish assets 3DR looking to acquire assets. Leni on board here and owns the Spanish assets outright. Is this a deal where 3DR can acquire the Spanish assets which are already in production? ie; making money. Could that deal be structured? It would suit both parties down to the ground. I know 3DR don't have the funds to go all in and purchase outright but a deal could possibly be structured in such a way that Leni will get his asking price and possibly a bit more over time with 3DR running the show in Spain? |
