20/9/2005 08:21 | thanks tp you are a worse night owl than me. any guess for bidu next few days. yesterdays performance not impressive and have kept small short running. I think lock ups expire dec/jan so may be some sideways movement but surely few buyers. danger of course is new note. however even morgan stanleys bullish note on chineses internet stocks did not pick bidu. | ards
20/9/2005 04:36 | ards - posting a pic/chart etc img src="then paste your chart url(web address) in between speech marks" and put a greater than sign infront of it all, and a less then at the end | tpaulbeaumont
19/9/2005 23:35 | thanks pw no problem getting filled today. my take on charts support kicking in at 78-80 range, clear break of this next stop 50 bucks. I think ma 40 on hourly best guide to direction and that is pointing down. ma 200 on 5min shows resistance at 82 so beast may have topped. safe for small short but keep it small as players likely to be chosing time for squeeze. However risky for them as well given many sellers out there looking for exit. | ards
19/9/2005 23:23 | ards, I think to get the charts working, you need to use the streaming option, symbol NASDAQ:BIDU I don't think the old style charts (like above) work for anything other than LSE stuff. I've been trading BIDU using CFD on CMC Markets. I'm pretty sure I got filled immediately - certainly don't recall any delays. | poppa wobbler

19/9/2005 14:35 | anyone know how to get the charts above working? | ards
19/9/2005 14:35 | as opened up I closed short for small profit and will just observe for time being. I have found the danger is that using cfds with this one you may not get a fill if fast moving. | ards
19/9/2005 14:26 | pw what instrument do you use? I use cfd on etrade. I agree a challenge to short this one given small float. certainly not one to bet house on and needs careful monitoring. trend must be done but expect rallys as well. | ards
16/9/2005 19:49 | the debate now is to short now or wait till bounce to 79. I think I will play safe and put in limit order for 79 | ards
16/9/2005 19:46 | welcome to the new bidu thread. story so far is that two respected internet analyists have put value at around a third of current market price. share price starting to tank so jump onboard. | ards |
