TOTVS 1Q13: +15.2% in Maintenance Fee Revenue

SÃO PAULO, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TOTVS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: TOTS3), the leader in the development and marketing of integrated enterprise management software, as well as the provision of related services in Brazil and Latin America, today announces its results for the first quarter of 2013 (1Q13). The Company's consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Highlights of the period:

• Net Revenue : R$374.2 million in 1Q13 (+6.6% vs. 1Q12) and R$1,437.1 million in the LTM (+8.4% vs. LTM-1Q12). Excluding the social security (INSS) contribution, Net Revenue came to R$381.6 million in 1Q13 (+8.7% vs. 1Q12) and R$1,467.9 million in the LTM (+10.8% vs. LTM-1Q12).
• Recurring Revenue: R$224.4 million in 1Q13 (+13.8% vs. 1Q12) and R$839.3 million in the LTM (+11.4% vs. LTM-1Q12), both excluding the social security (INSS) contribution.
• Net License Fee Revenue : R$82.7 million in 1Q13 (-3.7% vs. 1Q12) and R$326.3 million in the LTM (+4.6% vs. LTM-1Q12). Excluding the social security (INSS) contribution, this line totaled R$84.3 million in 1Q13 (-1.7% vs. 1Q12) and R$333.1 million in the LTM (+6.8% vs. LTM-1Q12).
• Net Service Revenue : R$105.7 million in 1Q13 (+5.2% vs. 1Q12) and R$420.1 million in the LTM (+9.3% vs. LTM-1Q12). Excluding the social security (INSS) contribution, this line totaled R$107.3 million in 1Q13 (+6.8% vs. 1Q12) and R$427.9 million in the LTM (+11.4% vs. LTM-1Q12).
• Net Maintenance Revenue : R$185.9 million in 1Q13 (+12.8% vs. 1Q12) and R$690.7 million in the LTM (+9.8% vs. LTM-1Q12). Excluding the social security (INSS) contribution, this line totaled R$189.9 million in 1Q13 (+15.2% vs. 1Q12) and R$706.9 million in the LTM (+12.4% vs. LTM-1Q12).
• EBITDA: R$97.5 million in 1Q13 (+5.9% vs. 1Q12) and R$383.4 million in the LTM (+16.4% vs. LTM-1Q12).
• EBITDA Margin: Consolidated EBITDA Margin of 26.1% in 1Q13 (-10 bps vs. 1Q12) and 26.7% in the LTM (+180 bps vs. LTM-1Q12) .
• Net Income: R$51.9 million in 1Q13 (+4.0%. vs. 1Q12) and R$209.122 million in the LTM (+12.6% vs. LTM-1Q12) .
