Informamos que devido a conversao da totalidade das acoes preferenciais em ordinarias de CAMBUCI S.A., CAMB4 sera excluida do Indice de Acoes com Tag Along (ITAG) apos o encerramento da negociacao de hoje (20/12/2019) ao preco do ultimo negocio realizado.

CAMB3 nao sera incluida, conforme item 4 da Metodologia de Indice de Acoes com Tag Along Diferenciado (ITAG) da B3. Dessa forma, sua participacao sera redistribuida proporcionalmente aos demais ativos integrantes da carteira com os pertinentes ajustes no redutor deste indice.

SPECIAL TAG-ALONG STOCK INDEX PROCEDURES DUE TO CAMBUCI S.A. (CAMB) CONVERSION OF SHARES

We hereby inform you that, due to CAMBUCI S.A. conversion of preferred shares into common shares, CAMB4 will be excluded from Special Tag-Along Stock Index (ITAG) after today's regular trading session closing (December 20, 2019), at last trade's price.

CAMB3 will not be included, according to item 4 of the Special Tag-Along Stock Index Methodology. Its participation will be redistributed to other constituents, with the appropriate adjustments to the index divisor.
