O IRB-Brasil Resseguros realizará o resgate antecipado da totalidade das debêntures da 3ª emissão de debêntures simples, não conversíveis em ações, da espécie com garantia real, em série única.
O fato relevante foi feito pela companhia (BOV:IRBR3) nesta segunda-feira (08).
Serão resgatadas 100 cem mil debêntures. Os titulares das debêntures farão jus ao pagamento do valor nominal unitário, acrescido da remuneração, calculada pro rata temporis desde a data de Início da rentabilidade, ou a data do pagamento da remuneração anterior, conforme o caso, até a data do efetivo resgate antecipado facultativo total das debêntures, incidente sobre o valor nominal unitário mais encargos devidos e não pagos até a data do resgate antecipado facultativo total das debêntures.
