A Inepar comunicou que, a empresa Melville Capital Group LLC obteve decisão favorável no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, afim de que prossigam os trâmites de alienação da UPI IPM/IOG para sua arrematação pelo valor da proposta vencedora de US$ 153.000.000,00.
O comunicado foi feito pela companhia (BOV:INEP3) (BOV:INEP4) nesta quarta-feira (30).
Para tanto, a Melville terá que depositar o valor nos autos da recuperação, no prazo de 30 dias, ressaltando-se que a arrematação somente se concretizará após a análise da matéria devolvida ao Tribunal em decisão colegiada.
