A Eletrobras afirmou que houve desligamento automático, por segurança, das linhas de transmissão que ligam a cidade de Angra dos Reis à zona oeste do Rio, devido a queimadas.
Mais cedo, a Eletronuclear informou que problemas em linhas de transmissão da Eletrobras (BOV:ELET3) (BOV:ELET5) (BOV:ELET6) forçaram a redução da potência da usina nuclear Angra 1 em quase 100%.
De acordo com a Eletrobras, as linhas foram religadas em oito minutos e não houve nenhuma perda de carga ou impacto no fornecimento para consumidores.
