A BR Partners precificou oferta secundária de units a R$ 12,75, movimentando R$ 214,5 milhões, segundo comunicado ao mercado nesta quarta-feira.
O fato relevante foi feito pela companhia (BOV:BRBI11) nesta quarta-feira (27).
A quantidade de Units inicialmente ofertada poderia ter sido, mas não foi, a critério dos Acionistas Vendedores, em comum acordo com os Coordenadores da Oferta, acrescida em até 30% do total de Units ofertada, ou seja, em até 5.045.812 Units, representativas de 5.045.812 Ações Ordinárias, e 10.091.624 Ações Preferenciais, nas mesmas condições e pelo mesmo preço das Units inicialmente ofertadas, que seriam destinadas a atender eventual excesso de demanda constatado no momento em que foi fixado o Preço por Unit.
As units da empresa encerraram na véspera a R$ 13,80.
