SAO PAULO, Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Marisa Lojas S.A. (BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3 BZ), announces today the results for the second quarter of 2014 (2Q14).

Highlights:

9.1% growth in Consolidated Net Revenue;
Same Store Sales (SSS) increased 2.3%;
Retail Gross Margin was 49.0%, growth of 0.2 p.p.;
Opening 7 new stores and reforms of 6 stores in 2Q14.
