SAO PAULO, Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Marisa Lojas S.A. (BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3:BZ), announces today the results for the fourth quarter of 2013 (4Q13).

Highlights:

Retail Net Revenue rose 7.6%;
Sax Revenue increased 65,2%;
Relaunch of Marisa Card increased 3.8 pp in penetration of Private Label in total sales;
18 new stores openings in 4Q13 and 39 in 2013;
Levels of default and roll over under control and at lowest recent levels;
Opening of our new CD – Getting ready for Push & Pull operation beginning.
