BARCELONE (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le groupe chimique et pharmaceutique allemand Bayer a annoncé mercredi que Norbert Winkeljohann deviendrait président de son conseil de surveillance à compter du 28 avril. Il succédera à Werner Wenning, qui préside le conseil de surveillance depuis 2012.
Werner Wenning prévoyait initialement de quitter ses fonctions l'année dernière, mais le conseil de surveillance lui avait demandé de prolonger son mandat "compte tenu de la situation de l'entreprise à ce moment-là", a expliqué Bayer.
Norbert Winkeljohann fait partie du conseil de surveillance de Bayer depuis mai 2018. Le conseil de surveillance a proposé que son siège actuel soit confié à l'ancien directeur financier de TUI AG, Horst Baier.
