Donini Announces Details of Its Expansion Plans

  Peter Deros, President and CEO of Donini, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: DNNC), announced today that the Company is completing its plan
to modernize all of its food outlets in conjunction with its current
Franchisees. It is the Company's intention to architect a new, modern
design that can be utilized to expand the Pizza Donini brand throughout
Canada and the United States. The Company intends to negotiate and invest
over $1 million US over the next twelve months to complete the design and
to implement and modernize.

Mr. Deros stated that the architect/designer that has been selected to modernize and further develop the Pizza Donini brand from North America is tailoring a unique, modern look for its existing and future outlets, which Management believes will set Donini successfully apart from its current competition in the market place. Mr. Peter Deros stated, "We hope to provide a clean, family-oriented and pleasant atmosphere for dining, which will include an attractive and inviting exterior as well as an excellent delivery, take-out and catering services area. We hope that the efforts we are making in refining our brand and enhancing our customers' dining experience will translate into higher sales and profits for both the Company and our family of franchisees."
