XTRM Announces Joint Venture With Sunburst Biofuels

TEMECULA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / April 22, 2014 / Extreme Biodiesel, Inc. (XTRM) today announced a joint venture agreement.

Extreme Biodiesel is proud to announce that it has entered into a joint venture with Sunburst Biofuels.

Sunburst Biofuels has been in business for over four years and presently operates from a 9,000 square foot location in San Bernardino County. Sunburst Biofuels specializes in esters and the sale of niche products that have a very high profit margin, such as biodegradable construction materials.

Extreme Biodiesel will be producing together with Sunburst Biofuels their eco slide product, which has proven to be a very successful glycerin-based biodegradable construction form release.  This product has helped to replace petroleum products currently banned by the EPA.

The companies are exploring options to take the construction products national, and have started the process of working with a national vendor to test samples of the product.

Joe Spadafore, CEO of Extreme Biodiesel Inc. who is also also a licensed California realtor stated he intends to use his considerable real estate expertise to find and purchase another larger building to house both companies, as it is expected they will quickly outgrow the 9000 square foot facility.

Dr. Rainer Busch intends to use several of his processes to create additional products currently patented by Dr. Busch, all of which have a much higher profit margin than biodiesel.

XTRM will announce further developments as the joint venture progresses.
