USTC & WUHN Sign Letter of Intent to Launch Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Mining Operations
 

Toronto, Canada -- June 15, 2018 -- ADVFN Crypto NewsWire -- USA Real Estate Holding Company (OTC PINK: USTC), a diversified public holding company, announced that it has signed a letter of intent ("LOI") with SDT Holdings, Inc./Wuhan General Group (China), Inc. (OTC PINK: WUHN) to launch  bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining operations.

Under the LOI, USTC will identify and procure the warehouse for the setup of the bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining operations, and WUHN will purchase and provide mining rigs within the facilities. Both Companies will negotiate a profit-sharing structure in the final agreement within 120 days.
