Western Sierra Signs MOU to Joint Venture Mining Properties in Arizona and Nevada

Western Sierra Mining Corp. (OTC: WSRA) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Enviroxtract, Inc. (OTC: EVXA) to joint venture the development of mining properties in Arizona and Nevada.

Michael Chaffee, CEO and President of Western Sierra Mining Corp., commented, "We are very pleased to be able to enter into this MOU to joint-venture with Enviroxtract, Inc. the development of several planned mining projects. Funds received from this joint-venture agreement would be utilized to further develop both hard rock and placer properties with the long range objectives being to place specific mining properties into production. These mines are both currently in the portfolio of Western and those that are in the process of being acquired. We are in hopes of converting the MOU to a contract within the next 60 days.”
