The Company has not yet received a reserve report, which includes estimates of the value of its oil and gas reserves as of December 31, 2008 and estimates of its future revenues therefrom, from its independent petroleum engineers.

This reserve report is required for the completion of the Company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008 and its Annual Report on Form 10-K.  The Company expects to complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2009 shortly after completion of its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2008.
