is launching its recently announced subsidiary to further develop and
deploy its Social Internet TV plan for China, the world's largest
Internet market, with a live webcast from Beijing in November at www.Wi-FiTV.com
with the time and date to be announced. In addition, Wi-Fi TV Inc. will
be relocating its U.S. headquarters to downtown Los Angeles to work in
closer proximity with its China Internet partners and to its Social
Internet TV server platform, and will be opening an affiliated office in
Beijing prior to year end.
A new Personal Internet TV(TM) feature is being developed for joint
introduction in China and the United States with an intent of increasing
Wi-Fi TV’s traffic, market share and revenue.
Wi-Fi TV is working with recognized industry leaders in all aspects of
its rollout to China. Based on the relationships Wi-Fi TV has developed
in China, Wi-Fi TV believes it will be able to potentially reach
millions of Chinese Internet users once its Chinese site has been
developed.
The subsidiary will initially be formed in the United States and will be
affiliated with either an existing or newly formed company incorporated
in China and co-owned by China-based partners.
The U.S. subsidiary, Wi-FiChina.cn Inc., is majority owned by Wi-Fi TV
Inc. Its purposes include oversight of:

features added and deleted to the Wi-Fi TV delivery platform
-- Legal and accounting compliance for China-based operations, and plan
for meeting Chinese regulatory requirements
-- Working with a two-step plan of first deploying servers in Los
Angeles, California and later deploying servers in China
-- Wi-Fi TV Licensing and advertising arrangements
-- China-based marketing and public relations
