On June 26, 2019, George Jage provided us with a resignation letter resigning as our Director and as the President of MjLink.com, Inc. (“MjLink”), our wholly-owned subsidiary, which letter did not disclose any disagreements with MjLink or our management regarding the operations, policies or practices of MjLink or us.
