On November 16^th, 2022, we filed a Form 8-K stating that we would be conducting a shareholder update on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time / 4:30 PM Eastern Time, that would provide an update on Q4 progress.

 

On December 1st, 2022, we filed a Form 8-K/A stating that update had been rescheduled for Friday, December 9, 2022, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time / 4:30 PM Eastern Time.

 

That shareholder update has now been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time / 4:30 PM Eastern Time, and will be available for viewing at: https://www.wdlf.ai/podcast and our Decentral Life YouTube Channel at: https://youtube.com/@wdlf

 

This shareholder update will provide the most complete update on all progress made in the 4^th quarter of 2022 and will be the last shareholder update of 2022.
