Name Change to Legacy Platinum Group

Legacy Wine & Spirits International Ltd. (PINKSHEETS:LWSP) reports that the Company will change its name to Legacy Platinum Group Inc. to reflect its new business direction.

A Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation was filed with the State of Nevada changing the name to Legacy Platinum Group Inc. and the CUSIP Number has changed from 52470N 10 1 to 524704 10 3.  

This name change will not involve a change in the issued or authorized capital of the Company. The name change has been approved by FINRA and the effective date is March 15, 2013. The Company's trading symbol will remain as "LWSP".

The Company will be looking at options for its import wine business in China. In addition, the Company is still at its due diligence stage on Mojave Gold Corporation's PGM Project in Guyana.

Jaclyn Cruz, President of the Company, states, "Since the Company's main focus will no longer be just the import wine business, the new name change will better reflect the new business opportunities that are being reviewed."
