Capital Markets Veteran Joins HPEV's Board of Advisors

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 21, 2014) - HPEV, Inc. (OTCQB: WARM), an innovator in energy efficiency and heat dispersion technologies, has added Andrew Kyzyk to its Board of Advisors.

A highly-accomplished industry veteran with more than 20 years' experience working in the US and foreign capital markets, Mr. Kyzyk is well-qualified to offer insight and strategic advice on global opportunities and the capital markets. Kyzyk currently serves as the Executive Director and head of OTCQX International of OTC Markets Group, Inc. Prior to working with OTC Markets Group, Kyzyk held executive and management level positions at Goldman Sachs, the New York Stock Exchange and Milbank Tweed. Mr. Kyzyk holds a BA from New York University and an Executive MBA from the A.D. Little School of Management.
