(OTCBB:VSST), a leading developer of hosted speech services and voice "in-application" technology, today announced financial results for the period ending December 31, 2010 and provided a review of business activities for the first quarter of 2011.

2010 Financial Results
Voice Assist revenues for the year ended December 31, 2010 increased 59% to $1.25 million compared to $791,000 for the year ended December 31, 2009. Gross margin for the year ended December 31, 2010 was 73.4% compared to 52.6% for the year ended December 31, 2009. Operating expenses for the year ended December 31, 2010 was $2.0 million compared to $929,000 for the year ended December 31, 2009. Operating loss for the year ended December 31, 2010 was $(1.1) million compared to $(513,000) for the year ended December 31, 2009. Net loss for the year ended December 31, 2010 was $(1.3) million compared to $(748,000) for the year ended December 31, 2009.
The Company had $616,000 in cash and cash equivalents and $310,000 in Shareholders' equity as of December 31, 2010.
